The user declares and confirms that they understand the nature of the service they ordered, and that the order was made based on information submitted by the user, including vehicle details, license plate number, chassis number/VIN, system type, control unit model, original file, technical report, fault description or any other relevant detail.

Any use of information, files, deliverables, documents or services received from the Website or from the Company is made at the user’s sole discretion and responsibility. The user is responsible for checking, verifying and confirming that any information or file received is suitable for the user’s needs, the vehicle, the system, the control unit and the actual conditions of use before any use, installation, loading, flashing, modification or other technical action.

Without derogating from the above, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, malfunction, loss of data, vehicle downtime, damage to an electronic system, software damage, damage to a control unit, loss of income, expense, indirect or consequential loss, or any other damage caused as a result of using information, a file or a deliverable received as part of the service, where such use is performed by the user, anyone on the user’s behalf or a third party, subject to the provisions of applicable law.

The user is responsible for making a full backup of every file, datum or system before using any file or deliverable received from the Company, and for ensuring that the use is performed by a qualified, skilled and suitable person.
